                          Motivation Today is Monday. That's a no brainer so is the heading for my caption. Its the most that I could come up with. Maybe you share the same views or are grappling with a challenge hopefully you get the gist of what I am trying to say.  What motivates you? You are as good as your last great performance or piece or past ventures. People will remember you for the last thing that you did or your last performance mostly. So what happens when you begin something new and get no feedback there is nothing to bounce off of.   Many persons are lead by motivation which comes from and in a variety of ways. Since the year has started I have not been motivated to do what I enjoy because of lack of motivation. My motivation comes from feed back which I have not been getting much of.  Bedtime Thoughts It's 10:12pm and I am getting ready for bed. These thoughts come to mind an I decided to just jot a few things down so here goes.  Why do we burn bridges?  Some people burn bridges to escape from a situation they can no longer cope with or try to escape from. Elevation or promotions job wise can cause an individual to forget about the life they previously lived and move on. Is that so much of a bad thing? It depends on how you got to this point and what you are willing to do to stay there.  It is said be careful of people you meet on your way up you will see them on you way down, so be nice, right? When we burn a bridge if we must retrace our steps literally there would be nothing to walk on. Is it ok to play it safe and not consider these things?
